Knit the Kiez: Multigenerational housing in Schöneberg

In this design studio project centered around the theme of urban aging population, we reimagined a vacant site with historical significance in the center of Schöneberg district in Berlin as a multigenerational housing building with different apartment types (studio, duplex, connected) to accommodate changing needs and enable dignified living as residents age.
